Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 19, 2026

1. Policy Overview

Groundwork Digital LLC ("Groundwork Digital," "we," "our," or "us") provides ongoing managed organic presence services under client agreements. We believe in building long-term value, and we provide clear cancellation terms.

2. Recurring Service Cancellation

Recurring services may be cancelled according to the terms of the applicable client agreement. Cancellation does not eliminate or erase amounts already due for completed work or the current billing period unless the applicable client agreement provides otherwise.

  • Notice: Clients may request cancellation by submitting written notice via email to contact@groundworkdirect.com in accordance with their agreement terms.
  • Effective Date: Upon receiving valid notice, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services remain active through the paid billing period.
  • Outstanding Balances: Cancellation does not release the client from liability for unpaid invoices or work performed prior to the cancellation notice.

3. Asset Ownership Upon Cancellation

Our core principle is: Build an asset you own. When you conclude or cancel services with Groundwork Digital:

  • You retain full ownership and access to your Google Business Profile, reviews, and domain.
  • All content, website improvements, and citations published during your service remain yours.
  • We will transfer any administrative credentials or access controls back to your team smoothly.
